How does it work?
When we are exposed to a stressful event or situation, our body starts to release Cortisol, which is a stress hormone that helps our body deal with stressful situations. When we are stressed, our Cortisol levels are high and our muscles start to tense up, blocking the flow of energy through our body. As part of our treatment program, we stimulate your body to identify and successfully release the blockages, which in turn opens up the channels to support the flow of energy that promotes successful healing process.
